Oolong Tea
Our Oolong, a semi-oxidised tea, is sun-withered and processed in our own mini-tea factory. While this tea has its bite and strength that is rightly placed between our green and black tea, the taste profile is lightly roasted, nutty and honey like. Our oolong tea is a multi-brewing tea. Every steeping gives out the light floral aroma that is new and different for every brew.
Its clean, distinct flavour is the result of careful handling of tea leaves in every stage of production in small batches.
How to Brew
Take 3 g of Oolong tea in the tea pot or infuser of your choice
Pour 150ml of hot water (approximately 80 to 90 C)
Let it steep for 5 -7 minutes
Strain the tea and enjoy
We recommend avoiding any form of sweeteners while consuming Oolong tea
You can brew the tea 3 to 4 times by re-steeping the tea in the same pot or infuser.
